Barnard CastlePosted by John Leech (Grange-over-Sands, United Kingdom) on 5 April 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio. This is the broader postcard view of the ruins. The town itself is well worth a look, very photogenic. I'm sure most visitors to my pages will be familiar with Ian Bramham's photography Ian Bramham. I've followed his emerging talent since he first bought a DSLR - not that his talent took long to emerge. I'm sure any viewers who have not seen his work will appreciate this link.

I expect Ian's comment has something to do with me. I like this shot. It's nicely composed, the black and white processing is perfect and the subject matter is fascinating. The bridge has a real charm about it. 7 Apr 2009 7:23am |
